DMCA Policy

Dorak Affair ("we", "us", "our") respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), we will respond promptly to notices of alleged copyright infringement that are properly provided to our designated Copyright Agent. This policy outlines the information required to submit a valid DMCA notice or counter-notification.

Filing a DMCA Infringement Notice

If you believe that your copyrighted work has been copied and is accessible on Dorak Affair in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please send a written DMCA notice to our designated Copyright Agent with the following information:

  1. Identification of the copyrighted work: Provide a detailed description of the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed, or if multiple copyrighted works are covered by a single notification, a representative list of such works.
  2. Identification of the infringing material: Clearly identify the material that you claim is infringing and needs to be removed or access to which needs to be disabled, and provide information reasonably sufficient to permit us to locate the material (e.g., direct URL to the infringing content on Dorak Affair).
  3. Contact Information: Provide your name, mailing address, telephone number, and, if available, an email address where you can be contacted.
  4. Statement of Good Faith Belief: Include a statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  5. Statement Under Penalty of Perjury: Include a statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
  6. Electronic or Physical Signature: Provide an electronic or physical signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.

DMCA Counter-Notification

If you believe that your content was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you have the right to submit a counter-notification. A valid counter-notification must be sent to our designated Copyright Agent and include the following information:

  • Identification of the material: Identify the specific URL(s) of the material that Dorak Affair has removed or to which access has been disabled.
  • Statement Under Penalty of Perjury: A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification of the material to be removed or disabled.
  • Your Contact Information: Your name, address, and telephone number.
  • Consent to Jurisdiction: A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located, or if your address is outside of the United States, for any judicial district in which Dorak Affair may be found, and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notification or an agent of such person.
  • Electronic or Physical Signature: Your physical or electronic signature.
